Products Statue

Every product in our site has three status:

1) In stock means this product is in our warehouse and can be shipped or picked up.

2) Preorder with release date means this product is on shipping now and will arrive at release date.

3) Preorder without release date means we will order for you after your payment, and the lead time is around 30 days.

 

Shipping Policy

We ship our products within the next 48 hours when we receive your order (except pre-orders). We will send you an email to inform you your order has been shipped. 

We provide free delivery in 6 km around 11 Australia Ave Sydney Olympic Park if your order achieved $300.

We provide self-pickup and will arrange it within the next 48 hours when we receive your pickup request.

For preorder items, the lead time is around 30 days, but the estimated time of arrival may vary due to international shipping delay.
